About Bright Builders

Bright Builders creates software, education, and services for Internet businesses. Our first goal, in 1997, was to place eCommerce and website development in reach of every-day people. Bright Builders has accomplished that goal and we have now expanded our business to match the growth of our clients as they create a presence on the Internet through web storefronts and online auctions.

 

Our Mission

Bright Builders’ mission is two-fold. First, Bright Builders assists those for whom an e-Commerce business would normally be unreachable, succeed. Second, Bright Builders assists successful businesses to increase their success. We do so by providing premier online business education, support, and tools—personalizing the solution for each customer.

 

We are strongly connected with our customers and understand that their success depends not only on the quality and worthwhile services and tools we offer; they depend on the abundance of education (much of which is free) and customer service Bright Builders provides to help them reach realistic goals.

 

Our Products

Bright Builders offers many products, ranging from web storefront development, to Internet business education, to eBay research tools. Our three premier products are the Builder, the Bright Business Center, and AuctionPI.

 

  • The Builder. Bright Builders' Builder is a simple-to-use, web storefront builder. It includes hosting, several pre-built themes, a catalog, full integration with several wholesale drop-shippers, and an eCommerce-enabled shopping cart. You never have to leave Bright Builders to get a complete e-commerce solution. 

 

  • The Bright Business Center. The Bright Business Center is Bright Builders' team of talented and experienced Internet business coaches who are trained to introduce our suggested business models for our clients and to help them succeed with them.

 

  • AuctionPI. AuctionPI is Bright Builders' suite of auction market research tools, including Auction Research, BidderBlock, and FeeFinder. Sellers and buyers can use the tools to determine how well specific products will sell, how to boost their sales, and how to maximize their profits.

 

Customer Support and Education

From the beginning, Bright Builders has focused on providing second-to-none customer support. Every new Bright Builders customer receives a free orientation session with a customer support representative, during which they learn how to use the tools we offer. After the orientation, customers can get help by telephone, email, and live chat.

 

Bright Builders also offers a variety of educational services to help our customers make their businesses grow. Clients receive weekly newsletters that focus on helping them improve marketing strategies, overcome common obstacles, and make online sales. Customers can also attend Bright Builders' audio workshops by telephone or via the Internet. In addition, each client receives free access to Bright Builders' business Resource Center, which concentrates on providing education and additional resources for doing business on the Web.
